REFUND & RETURNS
At Mesme Clothing, we take pride in ensuring that every garment is carefully packed and dispatched. We also strive to keep you updated to prevent any inconvenience. Please inspect your items upon delivery to confirm they are received in good condition and without defects.
If you need to initiate a return or request a refund, the following circumstances are covered under our policy:
Items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
Circumstances for a Resend or Refund from Mesme Clothing:
1. Received incorrect style, color, or size
2. Incomplete set or assortment received
3. Damaged or faulty items received
Please be aware:
- There may be minor color variations between images and the actual items due to lighting and different display settings.
- Material details of items are as described and depicted in the product description and images.
- Quality concerns exclude issues related to threads.
- Any distinct odors from special fabric materials typically dissipate after airing or washing.
Costs for Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
Conditions for Returns:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your items.
- Disputes or chargebacks may extend the refund process up to 90 days. Please reach out to our support at support@mesmeclothing.com for assistance.
- Returned items must be unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and include all original packaging and tags.
- Gift cards, sale items, bikinis, bodysuits, and accessories (except scarves) are not returnable.
Initiating a Return:
- If your order meets the above conditions, please send us an image of the receipt and email our customer support at support@mesmeclothing.com with the subject line "Return Request: #XXXXXX (Your Order Number)".
- Each order is eligible for one return request.
- Provide details on the items you wish to return and the reasons for your return.
- Based on availability, we will arrange for a resend or refund after discussion.
Processing Your Return:
- We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours on business days.
- Once we have received your returned parcel, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days and confirm via email. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and card issuer.
